Delete your account and data
On this page you can request deletion of your LuxyBook account and all associated data. You can start the deletion directly in the app or, if you cannot access your account, through the request form below.
Delete from within the app
1. Sign in to the LuxyBook app or website.
2. Open your profile (Profile).
3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete account”.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and data are permanently removed.
Deletion request (no sign-in)
If you cannot access your account, fill out the form. Your request is sent to our team, who will process the deletion for the account associated with the email address you provide.
What is deleted and what we keep
After a confirmed request we permanently delete:
• Your profile and login data (name, email, phone, password).
• Your booking and appointment history.
• Your reviews, messages, favorite salons and hairstyle photos.
We may retain some data for a limited time where required by law:
• Transaction/invoice records — up to 10 years for tax and accounting purposes.
• Minimal records needed to prevent abuse and resolve disputes.
