1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between you (the end user) and the LuxyBook platform.

1.2. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use.

1.3. LuxyBook reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time, and the amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes means that you accept the new terms.

2. Platform Services

2.1. LuxyBook enables users to:

• Browse available businesses, services and workers.

• Book appointments and make online or offline payments.

• Receive automatic reminders about scheduled appointments.

2.2. LuxyBook does not provide the direct services offered by the businesses on the platform, but acts solely as an intermediary between users and businesses.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. To use certain features of the platform, you need to create a user account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

3.2. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that take place through your account.

3.3. LuxyBook reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in case of violation of these Terms of Use.

3.4. LuxyBook takes no responsibility for fake business profiles created by platform users. We recommend that users verify the authenticity of businesses before booking appointments.

4. Booking Appointments

4.1. Users can book appointments through the platform in accordance with the options available from the businesses.

4.2. Cancellation of appointments is subject to the rules of the business where the appointment was scheduled.

4.3. The business independently decides whether to enable online payment through the platform or whether payment will be made upon arrival at the appointment.

4.4. In the case of online payment, the business reserves the right to charge a fee for cancelled or missed appointments in accordance with its rules.

4.5. LuxyBook takes no responsibility for any changes to appointments made by the business.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1. The business chooses the method of payment – online through the platform or upon arrival at the scheduled appointment.

5.2. All online payments are processed through secure payment methods available on the platform.

5.3. LuxyBook does not store users' payment card data.

5.4. Refunds for cancelled appointments are made exclusively in accordance with the rules of the business where the appointment was booked.

5.5. LuxyBook takes no responsibility for any disputes regarding refunds between users and businesses.

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1. LuxyBook is not responsible for the quality, availability or correctness of the services offered by the businesses on the platform.

6.2. The platform takes no responsibility for any technical difficulties, temporary unavailability or loss of data due to unforeseen circumstances.

6.3. Users use the platform at their own risk, and LuxyBook does not guarantee continuous and error-free operation of the service.

6.4. LuxyBook takes no responsibility for fake business profiles created on the platform by third parties. Users are obliged to verify the reliability of businesses before booking.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. LuxyBook undertakes to protect the privacy of users in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7.2. User data is collected, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of providing platform services.

8. Termination of Use

8.1. Users may at any time stop using the LuxyBook platform and deactivate their user account.

8.2. LuxyBook reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for users who violate the Terms of Use or misuse the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Users and LuxyBook will endeavour to resolve any disagreements or disputes arising from the use of the platform amicably.

9.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
