LuxyBook currently supports salons in Croatia and wider region. We plan to expand to other countries in the near future.

All types of salons and individual beauty service providers can use LuxyBook. Whether you offer haircuts, manicures, massages, or makeup, LuxyBook can manage your appointments and clients.

No, LuxyBook is suitable for both small and large salons. Whether you have one employee or an entire team, you can use it.

5. Technical Issues

Check your internet connection, restart the app or device. If the problem persists, contact LuxyBook support.

Check if the device is connected to the internet and if the app is updated. Synchronization is usually resolved by restarting the app.

There may be an error in filters or time zone. Check settings and refresh the app.

Check if the client has entered correct contact information and activated notifications.

LuxyBook supports Android and iOS devices, as well as a web version for desktop.
